In the early stagesof its establishment, JST was mainly based on the OEM of manual plug-in programs. JSTcontinued to purchased more SMT-automated production equipmentand obtained ISO quality certification to move towardssmart manufacturing. JSTprovidesitscustomers with more efficient and smart manufacturing processes to enhance customers’ product competitiveness.

Based on the spirit of providing customers with supreme service quality, JST has adhered to the concept of "improving manufacturing technology, improving product quality, shortening product delivery time, continuously reducing production costs and fulfilling customer requirements" with the corporate culture of continuously making improvement and advancement to continuously improveand prevent possible issues and thus achieve the goal of zero defects and ensuring full customer satisfaction.


History of the company

1995

Founded in Luzhou, New Taipei City in 1995, the companyhas specialized in testing and manufacturing of M/B and IPC boards.

1997

In June 1997, the Sanyo TCM-3000 fast machine was implemented in the first SMT production line.

1998

In June 1998, JST obtained the ISO 9002 certification and the second SMT production line was established.

2001

JST relocated to the Wugu Industrial Zone in August 2001 and it was replaced with the Sanyo TCM-X100 fast and reliable high-speed machine.

2002

JST obtained the ISO 9001: 2000 certification in February 2002.

2003

JST adopted the BTU REFLOW in April 2003and continued to implement various products withthe lead-free manufacturing process.

2004

In April 2004, the lead-free production was implemented for the entire manufacturing processes.

2006

The LED lighting OEM products was implemented in 2006.

2008

JST obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification. The OEM of biotechnology and medical products wasimplemented in 2008.

2010

In 2010, JST cooperated with our medical product customer to obtain the ISO 13485 certification.

2015

In 2015, the assembly OEM of industrial computer productswas implemented to install related equipment in a Free Flow assembly line.

2018

In 2018, the Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machine and X-RAY inspection machine were introduced. JST upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 certification in September

2019

In 2019, JST cooperated with KT-PERFECT Company to launch a high-performance LED module-Angel Light.

2020

In 2020, JST purchasedthe Panasonic NPM-W2 high-level general machine (3D model)and cooperated with our customer to obtain the BIS and 3C product certifications.


Comprehensive organizational structure and flexible management


The company is currently located in the New Taipei Industrial Park, Xinzhuang, with a total area of more than 1,000 pings.The organizational structure of all departments is comprehensive, so that we can provide our customers with experienced professionals to conduct the on-site operation of materials pickup and delivery.
